The creators of the original series decided to create a 5-season sequel, the action in which occurs some time later, after the final episode. The plot of the sequel tells how Michael Scofield managed to survive, and the explanation is very logical, not fantastic. In addition to directly two famous brothers, the project also contains many familiar minor characters, as well as absolutely new ones. As before, all the series are concentrated on the escape from the next prison.
