Despite the fact that the baby Bink walking around the city all day and is different in unusual places, admiring the stunning scenery, he walks by himself. His parents desperately, tirelessly looking for the kid around town. At the same time, the child is trying to find for a huge reward and a gang of gangsters, who, thanks to the press, found out about the missing boy. But the kid, not realizing what he's doing, continues to walk around the city itself. As if the bandits tried to catch him, the kid would give him some kind of a trick, so money they do not see as their ears...
